What a browser conversion can honestly give you is the geometry: every line, arc and polyline placed exactly where the drawing puts it, exported as scalable SVG, a raster PNG or a print-ready PDF. What it cannot give you is CAD semantics — layer colours, line weights, dimension styles and block attributes are not carried over.
