TTA to OGA Converter
Processing entirely on your device — large files may take a moment.
TTA (True Audio) is a lightweight real-time lossless codec popular in Russian music archives. Converting OGA to MP3 sidesteps the device-support gaps of the Ogg family.
Because the whole conversion happens on your device, it is instant, unlimited and genuinely private — no accounts, no watermarks, no files on anyone's server. Multiple files are converted in one go.

About the TTA format
TTA (True Audio) is a no-frills real-time lossless compressor: simple 32-bit crypto-free checksums, multi-threadable encoding and IDs at both frame and file level. It filled the lossless niche on slow connections and in Russian archive communities where FLAC arrived late.
Decoding is near-instant and lossless, so converting TTA to FLAC or MP3 costs nothing in fidelity — the audio is identical, the compatibility is finally universal.
+ Strengths
- ✓Real-time speed on modest hardware
- ✓Simple, well-documented container
- ✓Error-tolerant frame structure
! Limitations
- −Compression ratios behind modern codecs
- −Ecosystem largely inactive
- −Tagging support is weak
About the OGA format
OGA is the Ogg container's audio-only extension: the same Vorbis (or Opus/FLAC) stream as an OGG file, renamed to signal "this is music, not video". Wikipedia's audio files and old game rips commonly use it.
Functionally it is an OGG — and it inherits the same hardware-support lottery. Converting OGA to MP3 ends the guessing game on phones, car stereos and anything without an Ogg decoder.
+ Strengths
- ✓Open, royalty-free Vorbis audio
- ✓Identical quality to OGG
! Limitations
- −Extension confuses players less familiar with Ogg
- −Same hardware gaps as OGG

Frequently asked questions
Is this TTA to OGA converter really free?
Yes — completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily conversion limits. The site is supported by advertising.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The conversion runs entirely inside your browser using WebAssembly, so your files never leave your device — that is what makes it instant and private.
Does it work on Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android?
Yes. Anything with a modern browser works: Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS. No software installation is required.
Is there a file size limit for TTA to OGA?
The only limit is your device's memory, since nothing is uploaded. Files up to a few hundred megabytes work fine on a modern desktop browser; very large files simply take a little longer.
Can I convert a whole folder of TTA files?
You can select many files at once and they are processed in a single batch. Output files land in one ZIP download when there is more than one result.
Will converting TTA to OGA reduce audio quality?
If OGA is lossless, the output contains everything the TTA file contains — no further loss is added. If OGA is lossy, one recompression pass is unavoidable; the quality slider controls how much. Loss that already happened in the source file can never be undone by converting.
